The pedestal may be mounted with or without the 4″ spacer. The 4″ spacer is designed to be used on sites with no curb, so the bottom of the spacer is the same as the bottom of the vehicle’s tires. When mounting on a curb, the 4″ spacer is not needed.

NOTE: the pedestal sits diagonal with a corner being the front of the pedestal.

You'll need a ratchet extension and 19mm socket

Tape the nut to the socket unless you have go-go gadget arms

Attach to the spacer or ground as appropriate
