Notes:
-Wires are 48″ long except the 0016 wash status wire is 88″ long
-Connect the 24VDC Negative to the Sealevel power input on the left side power block on the rear GND and to the common terminals on the input blocks on the front of the Sealevel.
-Connect the 24VDC Positive to the Sealevel power input on the left side power block on the 9-30 VDC and to the common terminals on the output blocks on the front of the Sealevel.
Petit HMI Settings:
Wash in Use Cycle – Set: “High While Wash in Use”
14.00: How Long to Delay the POS Screen From Changing to Welcome
15.00: How Long to Keep the Signal High After Screen Delay to Simulate WIU and Wash
ENABLED: Use Cycle Signal as “Out of Service” (OFF 1 sec, ON 1 sec, then HOLD ON)
These are the typical Sealevel component settings when using a gate as the pay station reset (Input 2) and a photo eye as the LPR capture (Input 5). Note, this setup is using a dryer eye (long bay) to take the LPR photo. If taking the LPR on the entrance eye, you will likely want a 4 second LPR Delay to allow time for the underbody spray to settle down. Also, the Petit equipment is one of the few IBA machines that can hold a wash queue. The settings below (Queue Control = 0) indicates queueing is turned off on the Dencar machine which means the purchased wash is sent to the Petit equipment upon receipt with the Petit equipment holding the wash queue.
