The car wash industry is a capital intensive space.  Because of this, change does not happen fast.  This means most operators and installers have become very comfortable with how things work.   

Dencar's approach is different - new - fresh.  It is all about applying technology to a slow to change environment.  And generally, if we are all being honest, no one likes change but a wet baby.
