PDQ G5 Wiring

Documentation provided courtesy of Sam Phillips

The PDQ wiring interface is installed in the car wash bay.  Install the Dencar Sealevel I/O device in the equipment room near the network cabinet.  Run wire from the PDQ wiring interface in the car wash bay to the Sealevel using 18/8 Brown Solid CU CL2 Thermostat Wire.  Here is a Home Depot link for reference.

Use Wago connectors to terminate the bay wiring extension to the pre-wired Sealevel inputs and outputs.

This is the Wash in Use signal relay that utilizes the 24VAC 11x18.1 or 11x18.2 to activate a 24VDC signal to be delivered to the Sealevel input 1.

Wash in Use signal (red wire below) goes is the available open slot either 11x18.1 or 11x18.2.  The original installation may vary.

Double-tap the photo eye wire whether it is in 11x12.1 or 11x12.2 as shown by the brown wires below.
