Service slow down advisory for January 28, 2025

Details: Yesterday afternoon, (January 28, 2025) it was reported that at times, operators were seeing delayed or no wash activation upon wash pass scan.  Upon investigation, it was identified some of the core infrastructure containers reached a memory limit and were auto correcting through a restart process.  The better alternative would have been auto correction through auto scaling as is our desire.  As an immediate fix, our infrastructure team manually scaled the environment so the impact is alleviated.  We will continue to monitor the environment and are also testing a permanent fix.  If you see any repetitive odd behavior, please report via our online ticketing process as this allows us to quickly correlate impacts.


Separately, we will provide a further follow-up later in the week regarding planned infrastructure enhancements beginning in Q2 this year.  We will also provide a business and product update as part of that release.
